Ithaa, which means pearl in Dhivehi, is the world's premier undersea restaurant, which sits 16 feet below sea level, at the Hilton Maldives Resort & Spa in Maldives. The restaurant is surrounded by a coral reef and encased in clear transparent acrylic, offering diners 270-degrees of panoramic underwater views. It’s completely underwater so you can dine surrounded by coral, fish, rays and all kinds of sea creatures.
The restaurant is reached by a wooden walkway from the nearby over-water Sunset Grill Restaurant, and seats just 14 people for exclusive dining with a real difference.
